  • Requesting Learning and Performance business analyst to work with clients in the General and Administrative (G&A) functions under direction of the Learning Professional team to support complex reporting, Agile Adoption, leadership team performance analysis dashboarding and other relevant project coordination and compliance training reporting needs.
  • This position is located in a next generation, high tech workspace in Tampa, FL.
  • Contractor would be managing and supporting multiple initiatives and interfacing with multiple levels of management and project team members.
  • Candidate should have a solid understanding of IS business processes, Compliance training reporting, Agile and basic project management principles and strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis background.
  • 5+ years' experience in a training discipline.
  • Analytical background a plus.
