Change Management Analyst Job Role:
Hiring manager needs a Change Management Analyst with 5 years of experience. Hiring manager would like someone more senior because 50% of the team is junior.
This resource will approve changes and provide the overview of the change. The resources will also review failed changes and assess the team.
When someone enters a request for a change within client’s infrastructure or environment,This team will research and determine if the change is accurate?
What is the risk of the change?
Who will be impacted?
Day to Day responsibilities:
” Champion: Support, assist, communicate, audit, creates awareness, improves the Change Mgmt process
” Execute change risk and impact analysis
” Reviews, approves, denies changes according to appropriate reviews of risk, impact, conflicts, accuracy, completeness, testing, validation, and backout process, among others
” Prepares materials, agenda, artifacts for different change meetings, like Change Advisory Boards (CABs), Technical Review Boards (TRBs)
” Prepares and analysis of overall Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trend analysis, etc.
” Knowledge of the ITIL Process and procedures
” Tool used: ServiceNow (a plus, but not mandatory)
