Job Role / Responsibilities
  • The hiring manager is in need for a technical resource to assist with the transition or integration of the mobility and messaging team to provide a one stop shop for messaging/mobility support.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with smartphones, tablets, desktops and laptops in a business environment.
  • Good understanding of various operating system like Windows (7, 10 and server), MAC, iOS and Android.
  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience supporting internal customers with passion and ability to educate and train them.
  • Experience with Service Now a plus.
  • Successfully complete the task to integrate the mobility and messaging team.
  • The resource will support the entire enterprise. Current environment 52, 000 outlook and Skype accounts.
  1. Messaging – Administration and Support of Microsoft Exchange, Outlook and Skype.
  2. Experience with Powershell a must.
  3. Mobility – Administration and Support of IBM MaaS360.
  • IBM MaaS360 (troubleshooting experienced required)
  • Windows Platform 7&10
  • Windows Server
  • IOS and Android (Client end support)
  • Mobile Device Management (Server)
  • Experience working in an enterprise companies
  • Experience working with Email in the Cloud
