Job Description:

Role Purpose To take a support role as part of the Global content team and delivering the content to our attendees and exhibitors globally.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with (GEPS) Global Exhibitor Product Services team
  • Respond to client questions and problems in a timely manner
  • Manage the event content Experience for our North American and LATAM events
  • Review event sessions and create compelling web descriptions
  • Measure content results across the business in order to ensure client feedback is the highest priority in enhancements
  • Collect feedback from attendees and exhibitors on how best to improve online agenda and exhibitor portal tools
  • Track enhancements of event navigator tool, and work with technical team on improvements and testing.
  • Evaluate new trends and processes within the business
  • Adhere to expense/budget management practices
