Job Description:

Location: Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH
Informatica ETL Administrator Support Lead
This position will be responsible for leading a team of 5- 7 ETL Administrators to maintain the Enterprise ETL platforms for the corporation. The position is highly visible to all MIS areas due to the significant use of ETL batch processing the company leverages for critical systems. The candidate must be highly motivated and customer focused.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate, monitor, maintain and perform system and application upgrades
  • Configure security (User/Groups, Roles, File system level) per security design
  • Assist application support teams in issue resolution
  • Work with vendor on issue resolution
  • Troubleshooting, incident root-cause analysis and resolution
  • Assist with code migration issues
  • Coordinate problem resolution across responsible groups, including server support, network, databases and security
  • Develop and publish platform documentation
  • Enforce security policies
  • On call responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of Informatica Power Center/Metadata Manager/Data Quality knowledge (administrator experience preferred)
  • 1-3 years of mainframe experience (Use of Informatica Power Exchange preferred)
  • Working knowledge of database environments (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Linux (Operating System)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Linux environments
  • Proficiency in writing bash shell scripts
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Mainframe
  • Experience with software installation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Data Warehousing knowledge
