A 401(k) Plan is a retirement savings plan funded by employee contributions. Your contributions are taken from pre-tax pay and can be invested in a wide variety of mutual funds of your choosing and grow tax-free until withdrawn. CompuGain’s 401k plan is administered by PNC Bank.

CompuGain employees are auto-enrolled in the 401(k) Plan with a 6% employee contribution. Contribution deductions begin on the first pay check following your eligibility date. You become eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days of hire.

All 401(k) opt-outs and changes are made online by employees. Employees who do not wish to enroll can waive participation by logging in to their online account at www.retirementdirections.com. You may also change your contribution to a larger or smaller amount from your online account. Your social security number without the dashes will be your user ID and your birth date will be your password. Your initial password will be in the form of MMDDYYYY. For example, if your birthday is July 25th, then your password will be 0725. After successfully logging in to the web site, you will be prompted to create a unique user ID and password to access your account. Please note that your online account can take up to 2 weeks to be set-up once you are hired.
