Debasish Hota, President and CEO
Debasish founded CompuGain in 2000 with a vision to be a highly dependable IT & Business Processing partner to its customers. Debasish completed a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Mumbai. In his career, Debasish implemented business solutions in wide ranging industries including Mortgage, Government, Utilities, Telecom, Financial Services, Education and Technology industries. Under Debasish’s leadership, CompuGain attained the distinction of topping Deloitte’s Virginia Technology Fast 50 ranking in 2008.

Ramesh Rathi, CEO, CompuGain India
Ramesh is responsible for the Indian Operations of CompuGain. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field and has handled various responsibilities starting from a Systems Trainee way back in 1985 till the current position of CEO at CompuGain. He has been part of the Leadership Teams of multiple Companies with revenues in excess of $ 1 Billion. His experience spans across multiple geographies, domains and service lines in a Global Delivery Model with multi-nationality teams. He has strong Strategic, Implementation and Execution skills with focus on Delivery & Operational Excellence, Growth, Customer and Employee Delight.

Manju Naglapur, Vice President, Project Services
Manju brings over 15 years of consulting and leadership experience to CompuGain. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from NJIT, NJ. Manju is responsible for our strategic planning for IT. He has created and led information, data warehouse, and business intelligence strategies for financial services industries, large energy firms, leading global online companies and Federal Projects. He is very Proficient in envisioning and formulating actionable business and IT strategies, and establishing effective processes.

Sai Alluru, CTO
Sai is responsible for over all technology initiatives for CompuGain and its clients. He is also responsible for overall off-shore project delivery. He brings 18 years of experience in developing, architecting and delivering enterprise class products and projects. He holds a masters degree in Computer Science from University of Mississippi. He co-founded and as a CTO lead a team to build and deliver one of the earliest telecom element management platform using Java architecture in 1997. He has vast experience in delivering mission critical enterprise applications on Microsoft and Unix platforms for businesses in Telecommunication and Financial Domain. He is actively involved in mentoring CompuGain team in leadership and technical skills. He is a patentee on a process for electronic signatures for U.S mortgage industry.
