Debasish Hota, President and CEO
Founded the company in the year 2000. Debasish completed a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Mumbai. His technology career includes J2EE, SOA, B2B and EAI. He has presented several white papers in mortgage industry seminars. Additionally, he was part of the team that setup XML messaging standards in MISMO and MBA.

Naga Buddharaju, Managing Director, CompuGain India
Naga Buddharaju is responsible for management and oversight of CompuGain, India offshore operations and meeting CompuGain's offshore delivery objectives. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. He has over 15 years of leadership experience in Information Technology defining architecture for enterprise applications and providing strategic technical recommendations. He is a subject matter expert in eMortgage specifications, and co-inventor of US patent 20060184452 'Electronic document management system'.

Manju Naglapur, Director, Consulting Services
Manju brings over 15 years of consulting and leadership experience to CompuGain. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from NJIT, NJ. Manju is responsible for our strategic planning for IT. He has created and led information, data warehouse, and business intelligence strategies for financial services industries, large energy firms, leading global online companies and Federal Projects. He is very Proficient in envisioning and formulating actionable business and IT strategies, and establishing effective processes.

Benjamin C. Chou, Senior Account Manager
Ben has led CompuGain's efforts to establish and maintain productive customer relationship with our clients in the Washington DC metro area, including Fannie Mae. With 10 years of IT industry experience, Ben brings to CompuGain clients, a special ability to understand their complete IT needs. Prior to CompuGain, Ben has held various senior sales roles with companies such as Rational Software and a leading Mid-market ERP solutions developer at which he was responsible for multi-million dollar quotas. Ben re-affirms CompuGain's commitment to provide superior service to it's clients. He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park.
