Debasish Hota, President & CEO
Debasish founded CompuGain in 2000 with a vision to be a highly dependable IT & Business Processing partner to its customers. Debasish completed a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Mumbai. In his career, Debasish implemented business solutions in wide ranging industries including Mortgage, Government, Utilities, Telecom, Financial Services, Education and Technology industries. Under Debasish’s leadership, CompuGain attained the distinction of topping Deloitte’s Virginia Technology Fast 50 ranking in 2008.
Mark Nugent, President - Professional Services
Mark brings over 21 years of professional services leadership in the technology and business arena. At CompuGain, Mark has complete oversight over day-to day operations as well as strategic planning and growth of the Professional Services unit. He is responsible for leading the business development and delivery for this unit, as well as integration with CompuGain’s Product and Project Services divisions. Prior to joining CompuGain, Mark spent nearly 20 years with a leading IT services firm, serving as a Regional Vice President for the last 11 years. He holds a BA in Human Resources Management from Mansfield University.
Nick Patel, CFO
Nick brings to CompuGain a depth of subject matter expertise from his extensive experience in serving the Financial Services industry in a management consulting capacity. He completed his undergraduate degree in Management Accounting in England at the Manchester School of Business and since moving to the United States has completed the CPA exam. During his time in the field he has worked extensively over the span of eight years on three major fortune 500 restatement efforts and brings to the table a compressive understanding of US GAAP coupled with the agility and vision to effectively implement complex accounting policy into large financial institutions. He also brings a breadth of valuable expertise in the credit loss arena with a high aptitude in the reporting and analytics fields. He has served a wide variety of industries including Financial Services, Telecom and Media.
Gary Pruce, COO
Gary brings over 24 years of leadership in technology, business consulting and operations. Prior to joining CompuGain, Gary was the COO of Overture Technologies where he managed the Mortgage and Higher Education divisions. Gary previously was an Associate Partner at Accenture where he delivered large scale and global solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Gary also served in leadership positions at small to mid-size growth companies that focused on software and professional services in the financial services, public affairs, consumer products and manufacturing industries. At CompuGain, Gary is responsible for each of the companies product and service offerings. His focus is on enabling the organization to take a nimble, but holistic approach to meeting customer’s objectives and always ensuring customer satisfaction, 100% of the time.
Sai Alluru, CTO
Sai is responsible for internal technology initiatives for CompuGain as well as off-shore project delivery for our clients. He brings 18 years of experience in developing, architecting and delivering enterprise class products and projects. He holds a masters degree in Computer Science from University of Mississippi. He co-founded and held the CTO position at an IT and Business Consulting firm where he led a team to build and deliver one of the earliest telecom element management platform using Java architecture in 1997. He has vast experience in delivering mission-critical enterprise applications on Microsoft and Unix platforms for businesses in Telecommunication and Financial Domain. He is actively involved in mentoring CompuGain team in leadership and technical skills. He is a patent owner for a process for electronic signatures for U.S mortgage industry.
Manita Hota, SVP - Business Operations
Manita is responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the nuts and bolts of CompuGain. She brings to CompuGain a unique combination of Information Technology, Project Management, Financial Services and Operations experience. Manita holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India and has been a Project Management Professional. Manita brings a new dimension to Operations with her IT background and believes in the mantra of Process and Automation. During her 15 years of experience she has streamlined processes, managed resources and vendors and delivered several IT projects.
Manju Naglapur, VP - Consulting Services
Manju brings over 17 years of consulting and leadership experience to CompuGain. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from NJIT, NJ. Manju is responsible for the project services division and he leads the business development, strategic planning and growth of this unit. He has created and led information, data warehouse, enterprise application development, and business intelligence strategies for financial services industries, large energy firms, leading global online companies and Federal Projects. He is very proficient in envisioning and formulating actionable business and IT strategies, and establishing effective processes.
Tony Xu, VP - Strategic Solutions
Tony brings over 15 years of consulting and leadership experience to CompuGain. He holds a Masters degree in Finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining CompuGain, Tony's professional experience includes roles in the BioTech, Healthcare, Supply Chain Management, Financial Services and Federal Government Consulting arenas. In the past 10 years, Tony has worked on Financial Restatements for two Fortune 50 Financial Service companies, managed multiple projects in accounting, corporate forecasting, tax, and regulatory capital compliance. Tony is responsible for leading CompuGain’s new business initiatives, strategic planning, growth of CompuGain's product offerings along with the integration of the product and professional services divisions.
