Over the years the information technology industry has remained in constant flux.  The current global economic uncertainty has caused this sector to become increasingly dynamic.  Moving into 2012 it is expected that businesses will change the way they utilize IT outsourcing resources.  While only some of these shifts may be dramatic, it all signifies change.
